About The MVA Foundation

The Maximum Velocity Athletics Foundation (MVA) was established in 2022. The Foundation aims to create an environment that supports and develops high- performance field event athletes who are competitive at the elite and world- class levels.
MVA Foundation provides a means to attract funds to support elite and emerging elite athletes, world-class training facilities, and world-ranking competition opportunities, with an emphasis on providing support for elite field-event athletes.

The Foundation Mission 
The MVA Foundation will create an environment that supports and nurtures high performance for field event athletes and cultivates a culture around the field events.
Jeremy H. Fischer is the founder of Maximum Velocity Athletics and the Director of the M.V.A. Foundation,  based in Chula Vista, CA. He has coached  track and field and speed and agility at the international,  collegiate and high school levels for over two decades. His accomplishments as a coach include 30-Olympic, Paralympic, and World medals. His coaching accomplishments include national champions, world record holders, and national record holders.  Athletes under his tutelage include Chris Benard, Will Claye, Lex Gillette, Bryan McBride, Trenten Merrill, Jamie Nieto, Ketruah Orji,  Brittney Reese, Ricky Roberston, Wu Ruiting, Woo Sangheok, and Jeff Skiba.

Jeremy is a Level 3 Certified USATF Coach, CSCS certified by the NSCA, Level 1 USAW, Level 5 Coach by the IAAF.  He designed and wrote curriculum for USATF and World Athletics in the jumping events.
